Dealership with extreme class! We saw a car we liked online and called the dealership directly. They directed us to an AMAZING salesperson - Donovan Woodbine. Over the phone, Donovan shared details about the car. We connected the following day and he personally inspected the car himself and was able to share extreme levels of detail. He answered all our questions and promptly followed up with a sales sheet upon our request. The next day we took the trip down from Broward to Coral Gables. The dealership was well appointed. It is in the middle of the city so not a ton of parking but they do offer valet. The show room is pretty small (only three cars) as compared to Broward Mercedes dealerships. It was very beautiful inside. Donovan was even nicer in person than on the phone. He had our car all dressed up with a beautiful red bow. He explained the details with pleasure as we journeyed on our test drive. He shared the advantages of the add on packages. Upon completing our cash purchase, Hector Brito (Sales Manager) came over to thank us for our business. He gave us a box filled with four lovely Mercedes Benz branded gifts. Brian, the car specialist/concierge then gave us the intro to all the technology. He was patient and very easy to understand. He was excellent. Donovan said goodbye and took pictures with us in front of the car. PS - Donovan also gave us a great lunch spot recommendation - Shahs of Kabob. They also had a nice selection complimentary sandwiches and beverages at the location - we just wanted a warm hot meal before heading back to Broward. We loved doing business with Mercedes Benz Coral Gables! We will be recommending Donovan and the rest of the team for our next Benz purchase.
